As a professional with over 25 years experience, focused mainly on small businesses, Terri has experience rotating through a multitude of roles and offers a broad spectrum of competencies.
Our core financial controller level services include general ledger maintenance, account reconciliation, preparation and review of financial statements. As needed, Terri can assist with cash management, budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis. As part of your management team she will coordinate with your business tax and investment professionals as well as your risk management team including insurance brokers and attorneys.
With VP of Finance & Administration, Corporate Controller and HR Director level exposure to a wide variety of businesses, including IT consulting, small pharmaceutical, research and testing laboratories, marketing consultants, service industries, retail and non-profit organizations, your business will benefit from her experience.
Melanie began her career as a Human Resource Professional working for both large global corporations and smaller entrepreneurial businesses. After spending several years in the corporate world, developing her knowledge of human resources functions and business management essentials, she decided to return to graduate school.
After completing her studies and earning an MBA, with honors, Melanie determined that helping small businesses and non-profits run efficiently and effectively was where she wanted to focus her career. Melanie is a Certified Professional of Human Resources (PHR) and offers experience and insight into all areas of human capital management and benefits administration. Her skills also include payroll administration, day to day accounting and monthly reconciliations. Her hands on approach enables her to assist our clients with both short term solutions and long-term goals, planning for growth while minimizing costs.
